これなら、また自転車のエクササイズも復活できそうだ。

体の痛みは、いろいろ影響する。

オンライン英会話もモチベーションが下がっている。

やれば楽しいのだけれども。。。

モチベーションを上げるにはどうしたらいいのかね。

うまくなっている感じがないとだめなのかも。

でもこれ以上うまくなることがあるのかよくわからなくなってきた。
