2月思い出になった先生達

変わらずレッスンは受けたり受けなかったり。

先生の整理が行われたようです。

久々にレッスンを開いた先生、レアジョブから、レッスン開かないとアカウント消しますよ〜というお知らせがあったそうな。その先生は、お母さんのケアなどでしばらく休んでそのままレアジョブのことを忘れていたそうですが、思い出して再開したとのこと。

忘れてしまうんだ・・とも思いましたが、まぁそんなもんなのかな。

そんなこともありましたが、ブックマークの先生は消えないなぁと思っていて今日たまたま昔の先生をクリックしたら、ページが無くなっていた。ブックマークは残っているけど、先生のページはない。さみしいけど、思い出の先生はブックマークに残している。

相変わらず先生不足は続いていて、

準レギュラーだった先生があまり開かなくなってしまった。

最近見つけた新しい先生は楽しくてよいのだけど、その人も毎日開くわけではないので、また新しく探さないとな〜

1月ももう終わってしまう

気がつけば、プレミアムフライデー、月末ですね。

今月は、仕事が暇でしたね。やばいかな？

その割に、レッスンはあまり受けられなかった。

流石にモチベーションが？

毎度いっているが、受けたい先生がいなくて・・

新しい先生もこれぞ、という人いなくて。

あれかな、今のお気に入りの先生も、何回か受けてなじんでこそ、今のような関係ができているのかな。

さて、今月は今の所１６回受けている。２日に１回ペースかな。

今日受けていない。明日も先生がいない・・・

１回休会してやりたくなったら再開しようかなぁ・・・

まったくブログを更新していません。おさらいをしていないということですね。

なんとか、レッスンは続けています。Review Lessonがないこともあり、おさらいモチベーションが下がっています。

12月はいまのところ、12回受けています。忙しいときは休んでいます。

さて、レアジョブに入って1年半近くになりますが、やめたりレッスンを開かなくなったなじみの先生も多くいます。

新しい先生をみつけないと・・・と思うのですが、なかなか気力が上がらず、予約したけどキャンセルするなんていうこともよくあります。

今日も予約していましたが、やはり初めての先生という敷居を感じてキャンセルしてしまいました。

土日はまったく先生がいないので、なんとかしないととは思っているのですが。

最近はもう少し難しい単語を使って話してみようといわれることがあります。全然、話せるボキャブラリー増えない問題。

もう11月20日。デイリーニュースアーティクルにしてから、もう何回もレッスンを受けています。ほのぼのニュースあれば、政治的なもの、経済的なものありまして、なかなか難しかったり、やさしかったり。とにかく、いろんなことを喋り続けるレッスンだと思って、たくさん話すようにしています。もう少しロジカルに、いろんな表現をうまくつかって話したいですよね。

今までレッスンでいろいろなの覚えたけど、使えているのかなぁ・・

Daily News Aritcleに関しては、予習の段階で、音声を何回か聞いて意味を把握しています。その後、ワードを少しチェックして、議題の質問を見て、答えをおおよそ用意しています。全部で15分くらいかな。

最近は、先生がどんどんレッスンを開かなくなっていて、毎度同じ人、特に二人を交互にお願いしているような状態・・・

やはりパンデミックが落ち着いて、日常にもどってレッスンが開けなくなっているのかなぁ。

新しい先生探ししないとと思いつつ。。。

人のおすすめは参考にならないしね。

実用英会話をレベル６から始めてレベル8まで全部終わらせました。

ここまで、1年3ヶ月弱。果たして英語力は・・？

これは、今日のレッスンも入れてしまったので、あれですが、

370回、185時間ですね。もちろん、途中に他のレッスンをいれたこともありますが。だいたい、実用英会話やっていましたかね。

これからは、Daily new aritcleをやっていこうと思うんですね。

これまでみたく、レビューレッスンがないけど、復習は続けたいですが、どういうふうにやるのがいいんでしょうね。

今日のテーマはFocus Apps　

テーマも興味の範囲でしたので、盛り上がりました。

以前、Daily new aritcleやったら、難しすぎてわからなかったけど、やはりテーマによるところがありますね。知らない分野だとほんと何もわからん。

さて今日はぷーちゃんに「死ねよ」と言われてしまいました。

席をたったので「チョコレートとってきて」といった返事です。

ま、とってきてくれないとは思ったんですけど、いってみるかなと思ったら。

向こうも私のPCのぞいてきたりしたから、私もちょっと腹が立っていってみたということもあるんですけど。

冗談でも人に、死ねといってはだめだ、と伝えたんですが・・

今日は疲れている・・とかなんとか。

ま、私が朝、お風呂にいってその間にペットが起きたりしたこともあって

期限が悪いんだと思うんですけどね。

まぁ、その一言はないですよね。

最近、あれですよね、ネットではなんかちょっとしたことで、伏せ字にするくらいですよね。この言葉。

ぷーちゃんは、差別的な発言をすることがあって、それを私がたしなめるというのは一つの様式美、というか、ネタみたいなもんだと思っていたんですけど。。

大丈夫かな、なんか心配になってきたな。

というか、この一件以降、また機嫌悪くなってた・・それが最悪。

明日にはなおっていればいいけど。

私はすごく相手の顔色をうかがって、機嫌悪いなぁとか思うんだけど

最近、相手がいっていないことは察する必要なし、とかいうのをみて、気にしなければいいの？ほんとに？ってなってる。

その記事読み直したら、察する人がいると、それが楽だから、不機嫌でとうそうとしてしまう、楽だけど、その分、相手の心理的安全性を阻害しているという話でした。

じゃぁ私がさっしないようにすればいいのかねぇ。

体の痛みについて、血液検査の結果特になんともなかった。痛み止めで様子をみていく。体の痛みもぼちぼち。

日曜の夜に、お茶をMacbookProにこぼしてしまった。あわててふいたけど、タッチパッドのクリック感がなくなってしまった。調べたら、水関連の修理は９万円だとか。。。

いっそ、新しいの買う？っていう感じではあったが、一晩ほしておいたら朝になってクリックが復活したのでそのまま使うことに。大丈夫っかな？

わたしのばあいは、キーボードカバーをしていたのと

本体が斜めになっていたので

そこまで全体に広がらなかったのがよかったのかな。念の為、タイムマシンのバックアップは毎日とることにします。

さて、レッスンのほうも順調に受けています。

I often tell my students that hard work builds character.

My friend was brainwashed by a cult. She used to have a job and hang out with her friends, but now all she does is prepare for the end of the world.

Sometimes you want to explain that you feel more than one way about an issue.

I’m still not sure. I mean, I want to, but there is a part of me that says maybe we shouldn’t live together. I’m really messy, and she’s such a clean freak!

1. To fill in the gaps means to add something that is needed or missing.

Several teachers have gone on maternity leave this year, so we need to look for a few new people to fill in the gaps.

2. To unwind means to relax after doing something tiring or stressful.

I always make sure to unwind after a long day at work.

I know that it’s unhealthy to eat fast food every day, but it’s become a necessary evil for me because of my busy schedule.

Sometimes you want to express that your opinion on something that happened in the past has now changed

Well, I thought it was the best college to go to since it’s cheap and near our house. In retrospect, I should have gone to a well-known university instead.

1. To discipline someone means to punish a person for not following the rules.

My aunt thinks that spanking is the right way to discipline her children.

2. If there’s a fine line between something and something, it means two things are so similar that one can easily become the other. This is commonly used when one thing is acceptable and the other is not.

When I became a dad, I learned that there’s a fine line between looking out for my daughter’s safety and being overprotective.

I tell my students that when they have disagreements, it’s better to resolve them using their words rather than their fists.

Sometimes you want to express that you don’t dislike something or someone.

Yeah, same here. I have nothing against him. He seems like a really good guy.

1. To promote conformity is to make someone behave or act like others do.

An office uniform? That’s such a stupid idea! They just want to promote conformity. Everyone will look the same!

2. If you overstep your boundaries, you go beyond what someone in your position should do.

To be honest, I think you may have overstepped your boundaries a bit.

I think it’s to level the playing field between the rich and the poor students.

Sometimes you want to express that you don’t believe what someone is saying or that you think he/she is not being serious.

Oh, come on! Only a fool would believe that!

Lesson 1 - 4 Review

体の痛みについて。

転んだりぶつけたわけでもないのに、右手首、左薬指が痛くて腫れてきた。じきに治るだろうと思って湿布でごまかしていたら、昨日いよいよ痛くなってきた。夜もやっている整形外科を見つけていってみたところ・・・レントゲンをとったけど異常なし！

腫れている理由がわからないので血液検査を・・・

折れていたりしたわけではなかったのは安心だけど、痛いよ。

体の痛みも復活してしまった。いろいろかばっているからだと思う。

ロキソニンをもらってのんでいる。また月曜の夜にいって血液検査の結果を聞くことになる。
