I’m skeptical about Charlie’s reason for quitting his job. I think he’s hiding something from us.

2. The term bonkers means mad or crazy.

You’re bonkers if you’re thinking of getting back together with your ex! Just remember how many times you two fought.

3. Something is intriguing if it causes people to develop an interest in it.

The trailer for that new horror movie was really intriguing, so I looked up more information about it online.
