Changes

体の痛みでしばらくロキソニンを飲み続けたためか、胃炎ぽくなってしまって、空腹時になると、胃、背中が痛む。

昨夜は夜ご飯を少なめにしたため、夜中に痛くなってしまい、スープを飲んだ。ややマシになったので、再びねた。ぷーちゃんが、背中を足で押してくれたので、まぁまぁよかった。
