Refund and exchange policies

正式入会から3回目のレッスン。

K先生、音声品質が悪い？　途中で切れたり、席外しあったり。
淡々と進んだ。そういうレッスンかな？

We can issue a refund.（give you back your money, return your money）

We need to see your proof of purchase.(your receipt)

 We’ll replace it, no questions asked.（ no explanation necessary. without asking for any extra info.）

まだまだとっさに英文を話せない・・・。

体験の時の先生がよかった気がする・・・当分は、いろいろな先生を試したいところではある。
